Q: How is a Tangem Ring different from a card?
A: The Tangem Ring is functionally the same as the new Tangem Wallet cards, except for its different form factor.
Q: What ring sizes are available?
A: The Tangem Ring will be available in sizes 8 to 13 US. For assistance in choosing your ring size, please refer to our video tutorial or guide.
Q: If the ring size doesn't fit me, how can I return/exchange the set?
A: Please make sure to check your size to avoid any mistakes. Here's another idea: consider wearing the ring as a pendant for a fresh and stylish look. Unfortunately, the ring can NOT be exchanged or returned if you chose the wrong size. If you have technical troubles, please contact our support team and further instructions will be provided.
Q: Can I buy the ring separately from my existing Tangem cards?
A: No, The Tangem Ring will be sold in a set with two cards because you will need these extra cards to create backups.
Q: What happens if I lose my ring?
A: Well, it’s always sad to lose a valuable item, especially something as precious as the ring. But rest assured, your funds are still safe. You can access your wallet through the backup cards.
If someone finds your ring, they will be unable to enter or reset your wallet. Your access code protects the ring against unauthorized access and brute-force attacks.
Q: Can someone access my funds by tapping my Tangem Ring while I'm wearing it?
A: No, the ring must be removed from your finger and tapped on your smartphone. You also have to enter the access code or use biometric authentication to use the Tangem app.
Q: Can I use the seed phrase in the Tangem Ring?
A: The Tangem Ring has the same functionalities as the new Tangem Wallet. It supports generating or importing a seed phrase and is compatible with all second-generation Tangem cards.
Q: Can three rings be linked to one wallet?
A: Yes, you can create a backup between the rings if you buy two or more sets of Tangem ring.
Q: What is the width of the ring?
A: The width of the ring is 7.8-8 mm.
